Cancellation policy
If you suddenly need to cancel your holiday with us, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 3 weeks or 21 days before arrival, you can cancel free of charge at any time.
For cancellations closer to the time, we charge 30% of the whole amount - Up to 14 days upon arrival we charge 50% of the whole amount
- Up to 7 days upon arrival we charge 70% of the whole amount
- Up to 3 days upon arrival we charge 90% of the whole amount
- Up to 1 day upon arrival or No-Show we charge 100% of the whole amount
